Your privacy is important to MYG Star Inc. This Privacy Policy covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store information that we receive when you use our Services (as defined in our Terms of Service). Please take a moment and read over our privacy policy and let us know if you have any questions. This Privacy Policy applies only to those websites, services and applications included within “Services” and doesn’t apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services. Also, please note that, unless we define a term in this Privacy Policy, all capitalized words used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

Collection and Use of Your Information

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, to administer your use of the Services (including your Account, if you are an Account holder), and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Services.

How we collect and use information

When you register we may collect a variety of information, including your name, email address.

If you contact our Support staff or any Quiklee staff member you provide us with the content of that communication. Quiklee can decide that the content of that communication is in some way inappropriate and terminate the users account. MYG Star Inc. may, but is not obligated to monitor or review any content you post as a part of the service.

We may use cookies to identify that you’ve logged in to the Services. Although most browsers automatically accept cookies, you can change your browser options to stop automatically accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting cookies. Please note, however, that if you don’t accept cookies, you will not be able to stay automatically logged in to the Services.

How we use your information

The information we collect allows us to keep you posted on MYG Star Inc.‘s latest Services and updates. We also use it to help us develop, deliver, and improve our Services.

We may also use the information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve MYG Star Inc.’s Services and customer communications.

We may use the information to develop, display, and track content and advertising specific to your interests expressed using the services and other sites, including providing our advertisements to you when you visit other sites.

We may use your information to verify your eligibility and deliver prizes in connection with contests, sweepstakes, and promotions.

We may use your information to enforce or exercise any rights in our Terms of Use and perform functions or services as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.

We may use your contact list information to cross check which users have Quiklee accounts (to make it easier for you to challenge them). The First Name and Last Name from the contact list may be used to display those contacts to you in Quiklee. This information is temporarily accessed for the cross check and user display, and not stored on our servers.

Collection and Use of Non-personal information (NPI)

We also collect NPI – data in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose NPI for any purpose. We may collect information such as occupation, language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, location, and the time zone where the Services are used so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our Services.

If we do combine NPI with personal information, the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

Disclosure to Third Parties

At times MYG Star Inc. may make certain information available to strategic partners that work with MYG Star Inc. to provide products and services, or that help MYG Star Inc. market to customers. Information will only be shared by MYG Star Inc. to provide or improve our Services; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

MYG Star Inc. shares information with companies who provide services such as hosting, information processing, extending credit, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys

You can request that we correct or delete the information we have about you. We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. Location-Based Services

In some cases we collect and store information about where you are located, such as by converting your IP address into a rough geolocation. We may use location information to improve and personalize our Services for you.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.

MYG Star Inc. may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. Any information that we collect is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time such information is collected. When we change the policy in a material way, we’ll notify you of such changes by posting them on the Services or by sending you an email or other notification, and we’ll indicate when such changes will become effective.
